“Don’t Smoke the Herb, Mon!!“

Really, this stuff has such a great aroma that you may be tempted to roll it and smoke it!!

And, ya know what?…..maybe you can!!!

Seriously, roll a rack of lamb through a small pile of this spice and fire up the Grill!!  But then Lamb is a favorite of mine, and if it’s not your cup of tea, so to speak, let’s do the same process with pork chops, turkey, or pork tenderloins.

Sure, you can use it on yard bird as well, but geeze, haven’t you had enough chicken this week?????
